Vitaly brings a wide verity of experience to the PCE Construction team. With nearly 15 years working in commercial, residential, and government projects as either a project manager or an estimator he brings with him a wealth of knowledge. He began his construction journey at the age of 17, helping his brother build custom homes. Vitaly earned his bachelor's degree in construction management (major) and business management (minor) from Park University. He also completed additional training from MU for winning government contracts, UMKC, Regnier Institute certification for Vets2venture (a entrepreneur training program) and a certification from Pathfinder for project management. He is also a Certified firefighter and is also a proud U.S. Army veteran. He enjoys hunting, reading, hiking, and spending time with his family.
