Ashley has been in the construction industry for over 15 years, working in residential construction with Habitat for Humanity. Educated at Hardin-Simmons University for her undergraduate degrees and masters at the University of Missouri. Ashley has received several awards in her career, including 20 Under 40 and Women Doing the Most Good.

Ashley moved to Columbia in 2018 with her husband and three dachshunds. She is an avid thriftier and enjoys vintage style. On an average day, you could find her on a hike with her family, belting show-tunes, planning a happy hour, or digging through piles of donated clothes to find a gem!
