Principals

When you work with PCE, you have one person - a principal in the company -
with you from start to finish. We'd like to introduce the PCE team.

Alan Vinson, also a registered professional engineer, began his career in 1970, with B.D.
Simon Construction. Alan had been with that firm since that time except for a brief period
from 1980 to 1986, when he gained additional experience with large construction firms in
Illinois and St. Louis, MO. Alan was also instrumental in PCE's formation. His engineering
background and particular attention to detail make him ideally suited to oversee the
company's construction operations. He consistently acts as a project principal and is
involved in the project management in major projects. He has extensive experience in
estimating, scheduling and project management.

international accounting procedures has uniquely prepared him to oversee PCE's financial
and administrative issues.

Bachelor of Science, Civil Engineering, 1991
University of Missouri - Columbia, MO.
Andy Bonderer has worked for PCE for nearly 20 years. He is a registered engineer
experienced in project management, estimating and scheduling. Andy utilizes his
engineering education to bring innovative and current technology to PCE's day-to-day
operations. Prior to employment with PCE, he worked with a local engineering service
company performing geotechnical investigations, soil and concrete testing, and quality
control inspections. Besides his project management duties, he is actively involved in
business development.
Wade Horn, Vice President whorn@pce-mo.com
Wade Horn interned at B.D. Simon Construction in 1984 and was with PCE at its inception.
Working under the tutelage of experienced company owners, he has consistently taken on
new responsibilities that have made him an effective project manager on a variety of
project types and sizes. As his experience has increased, so have the size and complexity
of the projects he has managed. Wade is an effective communicator who works closely with
owners, architects and the construction team to complete work in a timely manner.
His "can do" attitude attacks problems and finds innovative solutions.
Project Managers & Assistants

Our project managers are the links between the principals, the project
superintendents and the client. Project managers make sure lines of communication
stay clear and move fast. They facilitate the transition between planning and execution.
Craig, Alan, Andy and Wade all share the title of Project Manager as one of their key duties.

Field Superintendents

While our principals manage the overall picture of your project, it's the field
superintendents who keep up with the day-to-day activities. By empowering them with the
authority to resolve issues on-site, we minimize unexpected delays and complications.
